Michael B. Cauley is an attorney with a diverse background in business, law, linguistics, and education. As a former partner in his hometown law firm, a dedicated trial attorney, and an educator, Michael understands the challenges clients face and consistently strives to bring about just and equitable resolutions to their legal issues.


A native of Middle Georgia, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Georgia College and State University, a Master’s in Teaching from Georgia College and State University, and a Specialist in Education degree from Auburn University.


Michael began his legal studies at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he lived at the time, but completed his final year at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He graduated cum laude, finishing in the top 10% of his class.


Fluent in Spanish, Michael has extensive experience assisting clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Since becoming an attorney, he has been committed to guiding clients through their most challenging times with zeal, passion, and empathy.


Outside of his legal career, Michael is an avid outdoorsman and musician. He enjoys reading, sudoku, and, most of all, spending time with his son Gabriel and daughter Margaret. Michael, Margaret, and Gabriel are active members of Dudley Wesleyan Church in Dudley, Georgia.
